2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information submitted to Gerlev Idrætshøjskole in connection with a purchase, is not passed on to a third party. All information is safely stored electronically and is only available to trusted employees. In connection with the online payment, no account or card information is stored. All data communication in connection with the online payment happens through an E-Pays payment server. This data communication happens with the highest possible level of security via an encrypted SSL connection as described and recommended by NETS. Name, address, phone number, and e-mail are saved. Furthermore, the IP address from where the order is initiated, is registered. This registration is only used in connection with false orders. False orders are notified to the police.

3. CANCELLATION
If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the course, the entire paid-in amount is refunded with only a deduction of DKK 500 in administration fee. When cancelling later than 30 days before the start of the course the paid-in amount is not refunded. However, 50% of the paid-in amount may be refunded if a valid medical certificate is produced. The school recommends that a private cancellation insurance is signed.

4. SECURITY IN CONNECTION WITH ONLINE PAYMENT
Danish legislation secures you when you are paying via the internet. An entire set of rules is the foundation of all online payment solutions. These rules’ main purpose is to maintain the most amount of security against incorrect use. Thus, if an unknown payment is discovered withdrawn from your account, the issuer of the card (bank, financial company etc.) is obligated to restore your account. The card issuer will then have to claim a refund from the shop, which withdraw the amount.

5. DISCLAIMER
The school is not liable for typing errors as well as sold out courses, rooms, deviations from the written material, and the displayed pictures.

6. CANCELLATION OF COURSES
The school reserves the right to cancel courses if the participant number is too low or in case of health issues. In the case of cancellation, it will be possible to transfer your registration to another course with available spots or have the paid-in amount refunded. We will contact the participants directly – by phone or by email – in case of a cancellation. There is no guarantee that a cancelled course will be reestablished at a later point in time. The course fee is only refunded in case of cancellation or a reschedule of the course.

7. THE USE OF PHOTOS
Upon registration, Gerlev PE and Sports Academy is allowed - without further consent - to publish images of persons and moods, given that there are no explicit person portraits, and that the motive is not in any way offensive or otherwise exploit the person(s) in the picture. Gerlevs general attitude is that no one should be exposed on the website or elsewhere against their will. We will therefore make an effort to get pictures removed from the website and future printed material if you do not want personal images to be there and make the school aware of this.
Team picture - long stay: Upon registration, Gerlev PE and Sports Academy is granted permission to publish the annual team pictures on the website.
